Teaching a church class & having discipline problems?
Years ago, the Primary program made the following suggestions.
1. Stop talking. Just look at the one causing the problem and "wait" for them to stop.
2. Walk over and stand next to them.
3. Talk to them privately, ask for their cooperation.
4. Arrange seating so it's boy, girl, boy, girl.
5. Ask someone to visit your class and sit next to the problem.
6. Move to a different ward.
P.S. that last suggestion didn't come from the Primary.

One time I asked the mother of the 4 year old boy to come to class and she just let him act up and didn't do anything to help with her son! Can you believe that????
I like the idea of moving to a different ward!
